Refund policy

All sales are final, and we do not accept ordinary returns or exchanges. If a product arrives defective or has a verified product defect, please contact us at contact@gaingroundco.com within 7 days so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
