How It Works
Before you leave the store: Choose your puzzle type, clues/answers, quantity, digital or physical format, and finish (antique, watermark, or classic (black and white on white paper), based on the options available for your selected product.
Please email your JPEG photo to contact@gaingroundco.com with your order number. Photos may be converted to black and white when needed for puzzle visibility.
Digital PDFs are delivered within 3–7 business days after all customization details are received.
Physical orders ship within the same timeframe and are currently available in United States only.
